Kareena Kapoor on Shefali Jariwala’s Death
Kareena Kapoor strongly voiced her stance, saying in a recent interview:
“I am completely against Botox. I believe in taking care of myself and feeling good the natural way — by staying healthy, seeking proper medical advice when needed, and nurturing my inner self. That’s how I protect my talent, which is my biggest strength.”
She further emphasized the importance of holistic well-being:
“Alongside working and going for shoots, I find it equally important to spend time with friends, family, and in nature. These are also ways of taking care of oneself. Rather than going under the knife or getting injected, I believe this is the real way to stay happy and well.”
Kareena’s words come at a time when many are questioning whether society’s definition of beauty is worth risking lives. Shefali’s death has sparked vital conversations around mental health, body image, and the dangers of unprescribed cosmetic treatments.
