Mumbai, July 17: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan says his upcoming war film ‘Battle of Galwan’ is going to be the most physically demanding film of his career. Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, the film is based on the 2020 Galwan Valley conflict.
“Scared, but I’ll do it” — says Salman Khan about a tough shoot in Ladakh
In a recent interview to NDTV at the launch event of Indian Supercross League Season 2, Salman Khan said,
“This film is physically very challenging. Earlier, I only had to practice for a week or two, now I have to run, fight, do different types of training. Because the film is like that.”
He also said,
“In ‘Sikandar’, the action was different. But it’s very tough. On top of that, shooting at altitude in Ladakh, in cold water—all in all, it’s very tough. I’ll have about 20 days of shooting in Ladakh and 7-8 days in cold water.”
Besides, he said, the sequel of his 2015 blockbuster ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ is coming soon.
“The emotion of the film will remain the same, but the story will be completely different,” he said.
He said this at an event organized on the occasion of Indian Supercross Racing League (ISRL) Season 2, where he participated as a brand ambassador.

“I have been a big fan of bicycles and bikes since my childhood. But now I don’t get time like before. And tell everyone – don’t run or race on the road,” warned Salman.
Salman Khan will shoot in ice cold water
Salman Khan’s new film ‘Battle of Galwan’ is being made based on India-China conflict. The shooting of the film will soon begin in the snow-covered hills of Leh-Ladakh, where Salman will have to shoot hard for several days. In particular, he will have to shoot in ice cold water for 8 days, which he has already revealed that he is quite worried about.
The story of ‘Battle of Galwan’
